Communication Systems of Pacient Situation in lmmediate Post Operative Period: Literature Review

- Considering that the immediate post operative period is criticai, where the Nursing team needs to make use of the al l available information about the patient submitted at the surgical anesthetic procedure, in order to improve and guarantee the continuity of Nursing assistance, it was made a national and international bibliographical survey, without date or time limits to identify and analyze the continuity of the nursing assistance in this period. lt was used the co m puter-aut omat ed search systems - PubMed, Lilacs, Dedalus, Capes Thesis Database - and manual sea rches. The keywords used were: continuity of care, Nursing care and Recovering Room. lt was found 3 7 articles that includes the importance of communication systems of patient situation in the continuity of nurse care, highlighting: documentation of nurse care based on a scientific method; knowledge of nurses care specifications in Anesthetic Recovering; registering instruments needs according patient characteristics, information system and telephone support.
