INDICATORS OF SATISFACTION AND CONDITIONS IN THE WORKIN CENTERS OF MATERIAL AND STERILIZACION

This ecological and epide-miologicai study with transversal designaimed to identifi and evaluate the indica-tors of the environmentai conditions andsatisfaction about the work of the CMS,from the perception of its workers. Tookpart of this study 100 CMS workers ofsix hospitais of Londrina - PR - Brazii,those answered an interview with openand closed questions. The scaie of Vouriwas used for the analysis of the results,ciassifying the indicators in excellent upto very bad. As outcome, three hospitalswere classified as regular and three with
good levei, which according to the Vouriscale are in an acceptable rate.
